I’m Harry, Director of We Do Your Marketing. I lead the agency with a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow. I care deeply about the people I work with — both the team here and the clients we support — and I bring as much energy and enthusiasm to every project as I do to every client relationship.
My Experience
I’ve built my career in marketing with a focus on helping businesses of all sizes grow with clarity and confidence. Over the years I’ve worked across strategy, brand development, digital marketing and client management — which gives me a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to build marketing that genuinely works.
As Director, I oversee the strategic direction of the agency and make sure every client gets a thoughtful, results-driven approach that’s tailored to their goals. I love combining commercial thinking with creativity, and I take real pride in building long-term relationships with the businesses we support.
I’m a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), which reflects my commitment to professional standards and keeping my knowledge sharp as the industry evolves.
Interests & Hobbies
Outside of work, I’m a huge sports fan — both playing and watching. Hockey is a big passion of mine and you’ll often find me on the pitch when I’m not at my desk.
I’m also a keen traveller. I’ve been to 14 countries so far and I’m always looking to add more to the list. Travelling has broadened my perspective in so many ways and I think it feeds directly into how I approach creative and strategic challenges at work.
When I’m not playing sport or exploring somewhere new, I enjoy keeping up with the latest developments in the marketing world — there’s always something new to learn, and I love bringing fresh ideas back to the team.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the direct impact our work has on a business. Knowing that what we produce helps clients win more customers, build stronger brands and grow with confidence — that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.
I’m particularly passionate about strategy. I love getting under the skin of a business, understanding its audience and building a plan that connects the two in a meaningful way. I also genuinely enjoy the variety — no two clients are the same, and that keeps the work exciting and engaging every single day.
Marketing works best when it's honest — honest about what a business does well, honest about who it's for and honest about what it takes to reach them. That's the standard I hold myself and the team to every day.
