How Credits Work

1 credit = 15 minutes of expert marketing time

Every service we offer is priced in credits. When we work on your website, run your social media, manage your SEO, write your emails or produce your print — it all draws from your monthly credit allocation. You’re in control of where the effort goes.

Spend them across any channel

Credits aren’t tied to a single service or channel. You can use them across our full range of marketing activity — online or offline, creative or strategic. Mix and match based on what your business needs at any given time.

Flexibility built in over a 3-month window

We understand that marketing activity isn’t perfectly linear. Some months you’ll need more, some months less. That’s why we give you flexibility across a rolling 3-month period — if you go over your credits one month, you can balance it out over the next couple. We’ll always keep an eye on your usage and if you’re consistently running over, we’ll have a proactive conversation to make sure you’re on the right pack.
