The brief we set ourselves
We wanted the screen to earn its place, not just fill the wall. The billboards needed to:
- showcase each of our services clearly, one strong message at a time
- look unmistakably like us – one brand across every slide
- work at a glance and from across the room, with no sound and no one reading paragraphs
- be easy to update as services and offers change
The same thing clients ask of any screen in their space: make it look sharp, make it clear, and make it easy to keep current.
How we did it, step by step
We treated our own meeting room screen exactly like a client project.v
One brand, many services.
We built a billboard for each part of the group – IT Support, Cyber Security, Communications, Marketing, Hosting and IT Supplies – using the We Do Your Group identity throughout: the wave mark, the Dark Blue and Light Blue palette and Poppins type. Each slide leads with a single clear message so it lands in the few seconds someone actually looks up.
Designed for the screen, and the distance.
Screens aren’t paper. We sized the type, contrast and layout to read cleanly on a TV from across the room, kept each slide to one idea, and set the timing so the set flows without anyone reaching for a remote.
Easy to keep current.
The billboards run as a simple looping set, so adding a new service or swapping in a seasonal message is quick – and every slide stays on-brand and consistent.

The result
The screen now does a job while it waits. Visitors see the full breadth of the group before a meeting even starts, so conversations often begin with “I didn’t realise you did that too.” It’s a low-effort, always-on prompt that quietly cross-sells every service – and because the set is on-brand and easy to update, it stays fresh without becoming a chore.
We can do this for your company too
We’ll design digital signage for your screens, exactly as we did for ourselves: reception displays, meeting room billboards, waiting-area loops or window screens. We handle the design and the layout, size it properly for the screen, and set it up as an easy-to-update loop – so your screens sell for you instead of sitting blank.
It’s one of the cheapest bits of advertising space you already own: a screen you’re paying for anyway, put to work.
It’s part of our wider Print & Physical service, which also covers business cards, flyers, brochures, stationery, packaging, branded merchandise and digital out-of-home of every kind.
