The brief we set ourselves
We’re a group of companies – IT Support, Communications, Marketing, Hosting and IT Supplies – with people out on client sites, in the office, at events and on the road. We wanted a single, recognisable look that:
- made the team instantly identifiable, whether they’re fixing a server or manning an exhibition stand
- held the We Do Your Group brand together across every sub-brand and setting
- felt good to wear day in, day out – not a novelty t-shirt that lives at the back of a drawer
- was easy to reorder as the team grows, without the branding drifting each time
In other words: the same problem most of our clients bring to us. Look consistent, look professional, and make it effortless to keep it that way.
How we did it, step by step
We treated our own uniform exactly like a client project – and the process is the part worth showing you.
1) We decided on the look.
First we worked out what we actually wanted the range to be: how the We Do Your Group brand should sit on fabric, which colours, and the overall style we were going for across the team.
2) We gathered options and got samples in.
Rather than guess, we pulled together a shortlist of garments and ordered physical samples – so we could feel the quality, check the fit and see the branding in the flesh before committing.
3) We built a set of options for staff to choose from.
From those samples we created a curated range of approved garments. Everyone got a genuine choice, but every option was on-brand and quality-checked – so individual preference never meant losing consistency.
4) We placed the order.
With the range agreed, we handled production – printing the We Do Your Group logo across every garment.
5) We built an ordering site for the team.
To make it effortless, we created a dedicated website where staff can order their uniform themselves. New starters kit out in a few clicks, reorders are simple, and the branding stays locked down and identical every single time.
6) We ended up with one cohesive team.
The result: a team in mixed colours but a completely uniform look – everyone clearly part of the same group, whether they’re on a client site, in the office or at an event.
The range
We built a broad range so everyone can find something they’ll genuinely want to wear – from a cosy knit for the office to a smart polo for client meetings. And it’s still growing: whenever a team member asks for a style they’d like to see added, we look at bringing it into the range.
Layers and jackets
Tops and polos

The result
A cohesive, professional team that’s instantly recognisable. New starters look the part from day one, the team is easy to spot at events, and a branded, tidy engineer builds trust on a client site before a word is said. The mix of colours keeps it feeling human rather than corporate – but it all reads as one brand. And because the artwork, the approved range and the ordering site are all locked down, every order matches the last: no drift, no guesswork, no chasing.
We can do this for your company too
We’ll run the whole thing for you, exactly as we did for ourselves: help you decide on the look, source samples, build a curated range for your team to choose from, handle the ordering and supply – and, if you want it, set up a dedicated ordering site so your people (and every new starter) can kit themselves out in a few clicks.
You get branded uniform that looks the part and stays consistent, without any of the legwork. It’s one of the most cost-effective marketing tools going – a walking, working advert that also makes your people feel part of something.
It’s part of our wider Print & Physical service, which also covers business cards, flyers, brochures, stationery, packaging and branded merchandise of every kind.
