Role Summary:

The Marketing Assistant Apprentice is an entry-level role designed to provide practical experience while completing a formal apprenticeship. You will work under the guidance of senior marketing staff, contribute to live campaigns, and follow a structured internal training plan. After an initial 6-month foundation period, you’ll progress to managing your own internal marketing project, helping you transition into a Marketing Executive position within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

  • Support content creation for blogs, emails, and websites
  • Help prepare and format marketing reports
  • Participate in marketing planning meetings
  • Follow an internal training program including video learning and presentations
  • Collaborate with senior marketers on client tasks and campaigns
  • Maintain a personal learning journal and complete assigned presentations
  • Work on college coursework as part of the formal apprenticeship
  • Manage a marketing project after 6 months with guidance from a mentor
  • Track progress and report outcomes of assigned tasks and projects

Qualifications:

· Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

  • Lead Marketing Consultant – overseeing multiple accounts or service areas, setting direction for marketing campaigns, and contributing to overall marketing strategy across the business.
